Hall Hire Information
Our Parish Hall is suitable for many different activities like dinner dances, cocktail parties, presentation evenings & family celebrations, maximum capacity approximately 250 people.
N.B. The hall is not available for 18th birthdays.
21st birthdays are possible with parental responsibility.
We also rent the hall Monday to Thursday evenings for class groups.
Cost of Hall Rental: (including GST)
- REFUNDABLE HALL DEPOSIT & BOND of $300 to be paid on making application.
- RENTAL OF HALL to be paid 14 days prior to function. Charges as follows:
- Monday to Thursday evenings - casual use @ $60 per hour
- Friday evening (after school hours ) till 11.30 p.m. - $370 ($310 members*)
- Saturday evening from 7.30 p.m. till 12.30 a.m. - $520 ($440 members*)
- Sunday afternoon 12.30 till 5.30 p.m. - $310 ($250 members*)
- Sunday evening from 7.30 p.m. till 11.00 p.m. - $310 ($250 members*)
*members must be "active & financially supportive" members of the Parish.
(Additional option of using School Dumper for your rubbish is $20.00 cash)
PENALTY OF $150.00 will be imposed if:
- Guest’s, band members’ or caterers’ cars are using car park prior to starting time, i.e. between 6 - 7 p.m or Sunday mornings before 12.15 p.m.
- Driveway is blocked preventing free movement of other vehicles.
- Loud music is played between the above times or after the hours of rental contract.
- Hall is not cleaned properly or rubbish left in car park.
